Boardroom

• Epoch duration: 6 hours

• Deposits/Withdrawals of $Crossover into/from the Boardroom will lock $Crossover for 6 epochs and $Sound rewards for 3 epochs

• $Sound rewards claim will lock staked $Crossover for 6 epochs and the next $Sound rewards can only be claimed 3 epochs later

• Distribution of $Sound during expansion

Note:

Epoch expansion: Current expansion cap based on $Sound supply, if there are bonds to be redeemed, 65% of minted P goes to Treasury until it is sufficiently full to meet bond redemption. If there is no debt, it will follow max capped expansion rate.

APR refers to the simple returns in USD value relative to the amount of $Crossover staked (USD value). Note: APR fluctuates from time to time and is dependent on certain factors such as:

• Price of $Sound

• Price of $Crossover

• Amount of $Crossover staked in Boardroom (Locked value)

Boardroom on Contraction periods

Boardroom will not mint any $Sound (NO rewards from Boardroom) when TWAP < 1.01.

Boardroom on Debt phase

Debt Phase takes place on the expansion epochs that start after a contraction period where there is still $Equalizer to be redeemed.

65% of Expansion during the Debt Phase is allocated to the Treasury Fund to prepare for the $Equalizer Redemption. This amount is still reserved whether $Equalizer holders are redeeming bonds or not.

Once $Sound in the treasury is sufficiently full to meet all circulating bond redemption, expansion rates will resume to normal.

BONDS

$Equalizer (bond tokens) are available for purchase when $Sound falls below the 1 Cake peg. If $Sound TWAP is between 1.00 and 1.01, neither $Equalizer nor $Sound will be issued.

e.g. If $Sound TWAP < 1, exchange $Sound for $Equalizer will be in a 1:1 ratio.

$Equalizer (bond tokens) are available for redemption when $Sound goes above the 1 Cake peg.

$Equalizer redemption will be more profitable with a higher $Sound TWAP value. When the $Sound TWAP is greater than 1.1, to encourage the redemption of $Equalizer for $Sound and incentivize users to redeem at the higher price, the $Equalizer to $Sound ratio will be 1:R, where R can be calculated in the formula as shown below:
